- Utilities are included in the monthly rent at both homes. At Blodgett Lake, that means heat, electricity, water, trash service and internet, with no separate accounts to arrange.
- Connected for work and everyday life
- Spenard has Wi-Fi up to 250 Mbps, a dedicated upstairs workspace and a basement office area. Blodgett Lake has Wi-Fi typically around 50 Mbps and a spot to work.
- Terms and deposit
- Each home’s page lists its monthly rent, minimum stay and refundable deposit. We confirm your dates, rate and written terms personally before anything is reserved.
