What a furnished monthly stay includes
- Furnished, move-in ready
- Both homes are fully furnished — kitchen, bedding, and everyday essentials are already there. Nothing to buy or ship before you arrive.
- Utilities included
- Utilities are included for normal residential use. Unusually high usage above the stated monthly allowance may be charged separately under the written rental agreement.
- Wi-Fi and a workspace
- Both homes have a dedicated workspace and included Wi-Fi — Spenard rates up to 250 Mbps, Blodgett Lake typically around 50 Mbps.
- Terms and deposit
- Choose your preferred move-in and move-out dates — we confirm the exact term, rate, and a refundable deposit with your offer. A one-time cleaning fee applies per tenancy, not per month. Exact figures are shown on each property’s own page once you select a monthly stay.
