Frequently asked questions

What are the minimum stays?

Spenard has a 30-night minimum. Blodgett Lake has a 90-night minimum, and longer stays are welcome. Blodgett winter housing is monthly only and ends before the June–September summer season, so the longest term depends on the move-in date.

Do we need exact dates to start?

No. An expected month, an approximate arrival window or “dates to discuss” is enough for the first conversation. We’ll confirm specific dates and availability together.

What is included in the monthly rate?

Furnishings and utilities are included. The refundable deposit is listed with each residence above. We confirm the complete cost and stay terms before a placement is finalized.

Who signs the housing agreement?

For an individual stay, we confirm the agreement directly with you. Under a Company Housing Account, the company signs, pays and accepts contractual responsibility for damage. Occupant details are confirmed before arrival.

How does the refundable deposit work?

The refundable deposit is separate from rent. We review the full rental terms with you before a placement is confirmed.

Does an inquiry reserve the home?

No. Inventory is held only under a binding agreement or an expressly approved documented commitment. Partner status alone does not hold dates.
